Mustapha Njie is a Gambian-born successful entrepreneur and philanthropist whose journey from humble beginnings to prominence embodies leadership in the heart of Africa’s burgeoning real estate landscape as the founder and CEO of TAF Africa Global. After completing his education in the Gambia, refining his skills with international firms like Balfour Beatty and gaining professional certifications in the UK, “TAF” (as he is widely known) dove straight into the construction world. In 1990, at the age of 33, Mustapha Njie took a bold leap of faith by founding TAF Construction Company Limited in the Gambia and he transformed it from a small local firm into a Pan-African powerhouse that now operates across nine countries, including Nigeria, Senegal, and Sierra Leone with the visionary goal of developing one million quality eco-smart homes by 2038. Beyond real estate, Alhaji Mustapha Njie is a dedicated philanthropist, public speaker and mentor who is crafting a positive shift by giving financial and technical support to the young generation through his initiatives such as TAF Africa Foundation, TAFHub and the annual TAFCON conference.
“I am not just building houses; I am building communities where families can thrive and where the African dream can finally find a home.” —(Alhaji) Mustapha Njie
